Your email template needs to look good, support your brand, and deliver your message quickly and effectively.
It also needs to work in umpteen different email clients (such as Microsoft Outlook, or Google Mail), with or without images, not look like SPAM to the world-weary eye of your recipients, and comply with all the relevant email marketing legislation in your country.
It’s a tall order, but we’re equal to it.

Our email templates are tested in a wide range of email clients.
Your email template will be designed from scratch to meet the specific requirements of your business, and your marketing message. We’ll test it thoroughly in all the popular email clients (and some of the unpopular ones, just to be on the safe side), and check to ensure that it complies with the email marketing laws in your country.
Email delivery

Delivering your email campaign isn’t just a case of clicking “send”, and waiting for the enquiries to start rolling in. There are SPAM filters to worry about, soft-bounces, hard-bounces, unsubscribe requests, and the list goes on…
If this all sounds a bit much like hard work, worry not. We take care of all the technicalities, so you don’t have to.
Our email delivery network actively works with the major email providers — people like Google, Yahoo!, and Microsoft — to ensure that your emails don’t find themselves languishing in your recipients’ Junk Mail folders.
We also automatically handle obsolete email addresses and unsubscribe requests (and plenty more besides), and provide you with clear, simple reports, showing you exactly what’s going on behind the scenes (if you’re interested).
Best of all, you only pay for what you need. We charge a £15.00 setup fee for each campaign you run, plus 2p per recipient. For example:
- Distributing your email to 250 people costs just £20.00 (£15.00 + (250 x 2p)).
- Distributing your email to 5000 people costs just £115.00 (£15.00 + (5000 x 2p)).
That’s it. No monthly costs, no minimum fee, just what you need, when you need it. Now you really can click “send”, sit back, and relax.
Email campaign reviews and updates
Effective email marketing typically results from regularly reviewing past results, and using the information gathered to improve future campaigns.

Clearly see which content attracted the most interest from your visitors.
As part of our Review and Update service, we’ll determine which elements of your previous campaigns have worked best, identify problem areas, and suggest ways to further improve your return on investment. And, of course, we’ll provide you with free and complete access to all the metrics and reports, so you can see for yourself how things are going.
This is typically an ongoing service, conducted periodically based on the frequency of your campaigns. We’ll agree a schedule for your Reviews and Updates, and agree a fixed price in advance, so you know exactly what you’re getting, and when.
