After the successful launch of the PLM 10000Q microsite, Lab.gruppen hired us to completely rebuild their main company web site from the ground up.
The new Lab.gruppen web site organises over 5,000 items of content into a clear navigational structure, enabling over 15,000 visitors a month to find exactly what they need, quickly and easily.

Some of the highlights of the new site include:
- A content management system that enables Lab.gruppen staff to easily create and manage all the text and images on the site.
- Over 3,000 registered users. In the first 3 weeks after launch an unprecedented 13% of visitors registered with the site.
- The ability to restrict “premium” content to specific users.
- A “pre-owned” area, listing Lab.gruppen-approved pre-owned amplifiers. Registered users can browse the catalogue and enquire about amps. Approved sellers can advertise new products and manage their online inventory.
Registered users can easily manage their profile and registered products online.
- Innovative administrator-only RSS feeds, which keep Lab.gruppen staff informed about important site activity, without flooding their inboxes with unwanted email.
- Thousands of brochures and manuals covering every Lab.gruppen product, all available for download by registered users.
- Intelligent use of Microformats, provides tech-savvy visitors with useful added functionality. For example, the use of Microformats on the Events page makes it easy to subscribe to the Lab.gruppen events calendar.
